Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

Shipping Locations We currently ship to addresses within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at OpenHandsPrayer@gmail.com.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at OpenHandsPrayer@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

If your package is lost in transit, please reach out and we will work with the carrier to locate your shipment or arrange a replacement.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
